Option 2 - Reverse Calculation (Start with Revenue Target)

TOP TIP: 

Take the # of Enquiries going into TOF required:  you have calculated in Option 2, and feed this into the Number of Enquiries coming into the Top of the Funnel (TOF): in Option 1, so you can check if your assumptions about the conversion rates from one part of the funnel stack up.

Be sure to update your Average Deal Size (£) to be sure to make sure you have enough going in the top to hit your quota.
