How long is the call
The first call is typically 40 minutes, but can easily be extended to an hour if needed, especially if there are multiple people within your organisation who should be a part of this process.
What should I expect during my Discovery Call?
Be prepared to have open, honest, and transparent conversations about where your business is today and your current challenges. Your consultant will ask you questions about your current performance, and what you’re hoping the business will achieve in the future.
Will I know exactly what programme is right for me and how much it will cost after this call?
The goal of the first call is to understand your needs and challenges. This initial conversation helps us identify the areas where we can assist you.
In most instances, we should be able to make a recommendation and give you an estimate for budgetary purposes.
